Main Duties
As a Security Officer you will deliver operational advice and support to colleagues and managers in a fast pace hospitality operational environment.
- Ensure a safe environment and safety of members, staff and guests at all times
- Be visible and observant at all times greeting staff and guests in a courteous and attentive manner
- Respond immediately to distress calls, panic alarms, and emergency calls for disorderly conduct, disruptive persons, and incidents swiftly and appropriately
- Record and notify all risks, deviations from Soho House safety standards and any untoward incidents; conduct investigations and compile reports for any theft, loss, accidents or any aspect that risks the safety of the House
- Liaise closely with partners in handling crimes, accidents and prevention
What we are looking for
- Must have senior lever security experience in Dutch Hospitality industry
- Must have experience in volume and high pressure operations
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication in Dutch & English
- Must be able to work weekends and late night
