Maintenance Technician

- Surveys venue and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with standards.
- Performs maintenance work of electrical systems such as replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, etc.
- Assists in fixing of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems and conduct repairs when required.
- Maintains heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
- Performs regular maintenance of pools: brushing, vacuuming, water testing, pumps & filters etc.
- Performs general upkeep maintenance tasks and manual repairs: painting & carpentry, lock systems, landscaping.
- Inspect alarm systems (fire & gas protection)
- Fixes machine breakdowns as they occur, and as requested of him by his immediate supervisor.
- Preserves the good condition and functionality of premises.
