As Revenue Team Manager, you will lead a team of revenue coordinators, overseeing and aligning commercial activities across your team and assigned area in conjunction with the Revenue Manager, whilst ensuring that commercial objectives are delivered for the markets. 

ABOUT THE JOB  

  • Lead, coach and develop the revenue team in close collaboration with the revenue manager to drive employee engagement 
  • Be responsible for the successful sourcing and management of special offers and discounts for the relevant destinations and source markets. 
  • Be responsible for the successful management and optimisation of bed availability based on source markets need / request  
  • Leading the team to challenge proposed stop sales, requesting extra allocation, and reducing release periods. 
  • You will be taking the corrective actions to maximise the tour operator’s sales and profitability  
  • Strive for continuous improvement of competitive accommodation offers by considering the respective source market targets and/or available flight seats and the competitive price  
  • Work closely with the revenue manager for the area to share ideas and market information, ensure KPIs are met and support with Key chains and accounts if required 
  • Understand and review the booking sales trend, competitor landscape and marketplace and contact suppliers proactively 


ABOUT YOU 

  • Solid experience and background in commercial negotiations and/or yield management, preferably on a multi-source market and multi destination level  
  • Proven management and leadership skills, capable of motivating and developing a team 
  • Strong analytical skills to identify commercial opportunities for the business  
  • Ability to make commercially important decisions and to help define the Group Late Buying Strategy  
  • Strong result orientated individual, capable of working independently and within a team to achieve goals  
  • Target and results focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver to tight deadlines  
  • Good communication skills with a proven ability to influence and engage 
  • Experience in Change Management advantageous  
  • Be fluent in both verbal and written English.Italian / Croatianis also an advantage
