You are probably the most important person in our Industrious and or Welkin and Meraki locations.
The reason is you welcome the guests and visitors with a smile as you may expect in a service oriented professional business environment. The location you work at is a award winning high rise tower in La Defense the Trinity Tower. But we also have vacancies in Levallois in a new to open location.
The locations are beautifull and high end service is a priority. In Trinity you are part of a team and like to meet and service the visitors.

As the key part of an Industrious/ Welkin and Meraki Hospitality and welcoming team, you are responsible for providing a 5 star service to the our guests and visitors. Ensuring their experience visiting our building is a lasting one. Next to the welcoming area in our location we also service our guests with morning snacks coffee, tea or water, the best there is, because that is what and how we do things.
In the day to day management of our locations, you have a substantial role in reception services, managing meeting rooms bookings, secretarial services, and much more, in short, making sure the demands of our guests and visitors are rapidly and accurately met.
We expect that you will deliver a high quality service to our clients with a smile and that your voice is a colorfull one on the phone. Make people smile because your made their day.
As you are a key person in our Welcoming and Hospitality team, you will work together with the Operations Manager and the General Manager of the location.

Opening and closing of centre with a smile
Telephone handling and make your voice last
Enquiry handling – Reservations for our services such as restaurant, fitness, offices, meeting rooms etc.
Welcoming Reception tasks among which:
Mail handling, postage and franking, faxes
Take action & follow-up in case of technical problems
Meeting room activities: reservation handling, setting up + cleaning up meeting rooms, taking care of coffee breaks.
Dealing with special requests from guests, like booking transport, tickets or hotel rooms.
Management by walking around: constantly taking care of standards - floor checks
Dealing with problems or complaints
You work as part of a team and you have a joint responsibility for overall guest satisfaction.

For the UK locations; English

Basic knowledge of computer programs: Word, Excel, Outlook or google mail google docs
Langues requises: Anglais et Français.
