Hilton has built an outstanding analytics organization connecting the ecosystem of data, technology, tools, techniques, people and processes! This innovative analytics function will drive advanced analytics and measurable insights to help drive Hilton’s performance.

What will I be doing?

The Analytics organization serves as internal consultants to key functions across the business, including Hilton’s Marketing, Customer, Channel, Revenue and Sales organizations, with specialized support for the executive leadership team. The teams consist of both embedded subject matter authorities, who serve as strategic advisors to key partners, and technical specialists. The organization is fully coordinated within the business functions in order to ensure close partnerships and more effectively measure and drive company performance.

The Channel Analytics team provides both day-to-day tactical support and strategic analyses to connect, measure, and optimize business performance and customer satisfaction across the guest journey. 

More specifically, you will:

  • Adapt to fast-paced, ambiguous, and changing business environment
  • Focus on details and accuracy
  • Exhibit a “can-do” demeanor with a passion for getting things done at the speed of business to consistently meet deadlines
  • Connect and analyze channel data to drive measurable insights and optimization opportunities across the guest experience
  • Develop models (e.g. forecasts, etc.) to measure business results against
  • Partner with teams across the enterprise, specifically within Analytics and the digital and contact center space, to understand and support initiatives
  • Use data and business knowledge to tell comprehensive stories in an effective manner to a wide variety of audiences
  • Learn new tools as needed to drive efficiencies in daily workload
  • Emphasize continuous improvement in daily workflow and strategic projects
  • Grow into a subject matter expertise with the business and data
  • Utilize tools like Adobe Analytics, MicroStrategy, R and Alteryx to access, and analyze data across Hilton Channels


What are we looking for?

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of professional experience
  • One (1) year of Analytics experience
  • Experience with at least one coding language: SQL, Hive, Alteryx, R, SAS, or Python
  • Demonstrate expertise in digital and contact center data such as Adobe, Amazon Connect, and Salesforce
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy or Tableau


It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Analytics
  • Five (5) years of professional experience
  • Three (3) years of Analytics experience
