To strengthen our team in Switzerland (based in Eysins), we are looking for a talented:

Product Lifecycle Manager (M/W)

Part of the commercial team, reporting to the Global Head of Demand & Supply Planning, the Product Lifecycle Manager has the responsibility to manage the end to end life cycle of TAG Heuer products, from introduction to discontinuation. He/She’s recognized as the expert of the Tag Heuer portfolio and drives related analyses and action plans. He/She is a central point of contact for all functions (Commercial, Product, Supply Chain, Production, Marketing, Finance).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Redefine the overall Product Life Cycle Management strategy and processes.
  • Partner with the Product and the Marketing teams to organize new products introductions. Ensure launches readiness from commercial, operations and marketing aspects (Readiness of Assets, PoS materials, production, master data, pricing, etc.)
  • Handle all portfolio evolutions as projects, lead cross-functional alignment and actions to ensure optimal setup
  • Be the main point of contact for markets requirements around sampling and prototyping
  • Partner with Business Analysts, Demand Planning and Product team on portfolio performance & optimization . Lead skus performance review and Inventory Risk assessments
  • Drive strategy and actions for End Of Life products in collaboration with Supply Planning, including outlet assortments review with the Retail team
  • Ensure SAP master data are always up-to-date with commercial status, launch dates, discontinuation dates, etc.
  • Be the HQ voice to inform the markets about portfolio/catalog evolutions and ensure required actions are efficiently operated locally


Profil

We’re looking for someone with:

  • At least 7 years of experience and 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Exposure to Commercial and Marketing
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong project management skills
  • Advanced organization and analytical skills
  • Leadership, strong communication, teamwork, collaboration and influencing skills
  • Interest and experience in the luxury and/or the watch making industry would be a plus
  • Fluent in speaking French & English
