Located in Chengxiang District of Pu Tian City in Fujian Province. Shangri-La Hotel, Putian will have 247 well-appointed guest rooms offering panoramic views of the city and Yanshou river.  The hotel will include a lobby lounge, restaurants, spa, fitness centre, swimming pool and a 1,200-square-metre ballroom. Next to the hotel will be a lively mix of restaurants, bars and retail shops set in a 3,500-square-metre village-style plaza.  The hotel is conveniently located within a 20-minute drive from the train station.

We are looking for a Service Manager-IT.

As a Service Manager-IT, we rely on you to：

1.    Monitoring the network and ensuring its smooth running.
2.    Upkeep & Health of the Servers & Interfaces
3.    Ensure trouble free operations of the PMS system (OPERA)
4.    Ensure efficient operation of the Restaurant POS system (INFRASYS)
5.    Assist guests in Internet connections on their personal computers with a friendly, competent, and top-quality service

We Are Looking For Someone Who

1.    Minimum of 5 year as an IT desktop/helpdesk support in a customer-service oriented company/5 Star Hotel
2.    Windows 10 or earlier version, End-point/Malware protection or Anti-Virus, MS Outlook and other MS Office Applications. 
3.    Android/IOS smart devices Basic Desktop Hardware assembly.
