There are 522 well-appointed guest rooms including 30 tastefully furnished suites, each with an inviting atmosphere, contemporary décor and views of Shenzhen city and the green hills of Hong Kong’s New Territories. Situated in a superb downtown location in Shenzhen’s commercial and shopping district, there is only a 5-minute walk from Shangri-La Hotel, Shenzhen to the border crossing to Hong Kong, and the city’s subway station, bus terminus, main railway station and Lo Wu Commercial Shopping Centre is just moments away.

 

 

We are looking for a Service Manager - Front Office.

 

As a Service Manager - Front Office, we rely on you to:

 

  • Oversees Lobby operations ensuring that guests are handled quickly and efficiently in all theirs needs.
  • Monitors all Housekeeping room status discrepancies prior to the end of shift. Do inform the Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
  • Reports directly to the Front Office Manager regarding important information, problems and relevant actions taken, on and on going basis throughout the day.
  • Should at all times act as eyes and ears of Management, immediately relaying.
  • Working in Night Shift

 

We are looking for someone who:

 

  • Minimum 2 years'' experience as a Duty Manager in an international class hotel.
  • Oral and written proficiency in English.
  • Sensitive to guest and employee needs.
