Seasonal Training and Recruiting Supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate orientation, in-service, and leadership training classes to new and rehire employees
- Responsible for recruiting all seasonal Team Members
- Coordinate with local schools to schedule recruiting visits
- Record data and identify trends, as they relate to employee recruitment
- Assist with organization and execution of job fairs
- Assist with development and implementation of employee retention programs, including Team Six Rewards, Mantra Money, Service Superstar, etc.
- Coordinate and promote park-wide Team Member events
- Interface with Seasonal Team Members to obtain feedback about the Employee Experience
- Serve as a role model for following and enforcement of all park policies and procedures and maintain all Six Flags standards
- Assist with interviewing and hiring of Seasonal Team Members
- All other duties as assigned by Human Resources Leadership
Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Developed organizational skills, creativity, outgoing, detail oriented, and self-motivated
- Strong presentation skills
- Demonstrates ability to accomplish goals through motivation, delegation and through established systems
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, preferred
