As Executive Chef, your expertise in recipe delveopment evaluates our food & beverage division, while your leadership inspires and fosters our Culinary talent.

What you will be doing:

  • Inspire and lead a team of approximately 100 Culinarians
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of all Culinary colleagues
  • Control all food inventories while maintaining food cost targets within the budgeted guidelines
  • Ensure the finest quality and value of food products is available and presented at all times
  • Balance and manage operational, administrative, and colleague needs
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies
  • Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

  • 8-10 years experience within all areas of Culinary 
  • Diploma/Certification in a Culinary discipline required
  • Demonstrated ability to create and lead a strong Culinary team
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team

 

Physicals aspects include but are not limited to:

  • Constant standing and walking throughout shift
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
  • Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
  • Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
