Primary Responsibilities主要职责
This position is concerned with the efficient and professional service of food and beverages within the restaurant, ensuring that the restaurant returns a budgeted profit through tight cost and stock control. Direct supervision of team member is necessary, while ensuring that all guests receive optimum service in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures of the hotel.

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验

  • Certificate or diploma in hospitality or related field.
  • 3-6 years as Head of Restaurant in 5 Star category Hotels or individual restaurants with high standards.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications. 
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
  • Highly responsible & reliable.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
  • A dynamic and creative individual who brings a vast and varied experience in culinary arts, menu design and food promotions.
