Maintenance
Reliable and detail oriented.  As a Maintenance  you will demonstrate your maintenance skills taking care of the Owner homes and property.  Diverse duties of install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the homes, property and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for Owners and Guests.

  What you will be doing:
• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on the Owner homes, property and equipment
• Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
• Assist Owner and guests regarding the Homes and property 
• Insure Owner homes meet standards of quality by performing home inspections
• Periodically perform light housekeeping and grounds maintenance 
• Ensure all service standard are followed with friendly and engaging service, handle owner concerns and react quickly
  
  Your experience and skills include:
• Relevant building maintenance experience 
• Prior experience working in Hotel or Residential Property
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
•
