Marketing Coordinator
You will apply your exceptional standards as an integral member of the Marketing team, where you will support in coordinating and executing the marketing strategies of Fairmont Century Plaza.

What you will be doing: 

  • Branding & Creative Coordination; Assist with creative design including the creation of invites, collateral pieces, digital assets and liaise with internal stakeholders coordinating their creative needs and uploading to project management platform
  • Coordinate vendor relationships for branding needs including designers, print houses and ordering and distribution for branded gift and promotional items
  • Promotional/Advertising; Coordinate event, advertising and content updates, deliverables, routing to internal stakeholders for approvals and assist in gathering promotional and advertising results from campaigns
  • Influencer and PR; research and recommend influencers, influencer marketing trends and brand collaboration ideas, distribute weekly and/or monthly press clippings and assist with the creation of Press presentation as needed, coordinate influencer stays including comp forms, approvals, internal communications and guest journey. Assist in gathering results from influencer stays and programming
  • Events Support; assist with logistics, collateral and support of press events, manage RSVPs list and event check-ins, assist with event communications to internal departments and research new event trends and partners.
  • Digital Marketing and Photography; Assist with photoshoot needs including collecting waivers, coordinating greenrooms, update content libraries with new photography and video and assist the team as needed with website, social media and email marketing content
  • Administrative; Manage invoicing, POs and day-to-day budget needs, follow the annual budget, support in tracking as needed and balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs

 

Your experience and skills include:          

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience
  • Experience in luxury hospitality or retail industry preferred
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant computer applications required 
  • Proficient in all social media applications including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
  • University/College degree in a related discipline required
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities   
  • Must be a team player with a good attitude
