Food & Beverage Attendant
Cosa comprende il lavoro
1. To provide a warm, friendly, and efficient Food & Beverage service to our Guests, ensuring exceptional service standards are delivered and always maintained in line with our Guest expectations.
2. Performs all tasks prior to, during and after service associated with setting up, serving, and breaking down of areas where the Food & Beverage service activities are performed according to established standards, policies, and procedures, always ensuring maximum Guest satisfaction. With a minimal supervision provide exceptional guest service by welcoming them and be always well attended.
3. Additionally work as a team to follow through with the proper and timely set-up and execution of all service-related activities, as well as always maintaining Guest areas in a clean and organized condition.
4. F&B attendants primarily serves as a key point of contact for Guests throughout their visit. Should be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered at the property.
5. Always well groomed, clean, pleasant, and creating renowned memorable experiences for the Guests.
