Job Title

Cytric Customer Success Manager

Summary:

Manage and grow existing Cytric customer accounts. Maximize adoption and revenues. Identify upsell opportunities through customer intimacy, market trends and Cytric innovations. Contribute to develop solution by collecting, prioritizing and channel customer needs to product lifecycle.

Common accountabilities:

- Proficient in technical knowledge to ensure team performs at a high level. Is recognized as a leader in own area and may formally train Specialists/Senior Specialists. ​

- Understands how main business drivers may impact on own area. Can assess complex problems with broad impact on the activity, improve processes, recommend solutions and risk mitigation plans. Able to communicate complex information.​

- Works with a high level of autonomy, based on management directions. Leads projects or contributes to broad cross-functional projects. May contribute to planning of resources and budget.

Specific accountabilities:

Work in collaboration with Account Managers & Sales to provide solutions and ensure the retention and growth of IT revenue of existing accounts.
- Identify specific requirements and expectations for existing clients.
- Adopt a consultative selling approach
- Develop customized adoption development plans for each client
- Ensure up selling targets including new product as well as additional services
- Provide appropriate and timely sales support for IT opportunities (RFP, business as usual,...) during sales process.
- Follow-up that new products, product enhancements and overall solutions are developed and implemented within the agreed time frame.
-Maintain a high level of understanding of the current product portfolio and benefits of specific products for each targeted customer segment. As well as up-to-date knowledge of other areas-relevant information (trends, strategy, competitors, pricing, etc.)

Work in collaboration with Delivery & Customer Care Center to ensure service excellence to customers:

- Plan, order, and follow-up on product implementations

- Monitor & report service performance

- Develop customer intimacy while supporting end-to-end issue fixing and providing operational consulting
