We are looking for a positive and talented Chef de Partie to join Harts Group as part of our exceptional culinary team at Barrafina Restaurant in London

Barrafina is a highly awarded Modern Spanish tapas bar Restaurant in London, serving the highest quality seasonal ingredients and wines and sister to our Michelin Starred Restaurant. The guests eat and drink on a beautiful marble-topped bar where and watch the chefs at work. The front of house teams work around the bar, creating an energetic and uniquely enjoyable service.

The Chef de Partie role:

One year experience of a high-volume, quality Restaurant kitchen in a similar role
Run sections and have good filleting experience
Passionate about Mediterranean Cuisine and Seasonality
Understanding of flavours balance, a passion for food and your own development is a must
Excellent knowledge of ingredients, allergens and adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
Positive and kind attitude in the kitchen
Good command of English language
Strong team ethic, always showing respect for your colleagues

El Pastor is a group of Mexican Taquerias across Central London. Inspired by Mexico City in the 90’s. There’s a big Latin American and Techno influence, with DJ booths at Soho & Casa El Pastor. Barrafina is a highly awarded Modern Spanish tapas bar Restaurant in London, serving exceptionally sourced seasonal ingredients and wines. Barrafina Soho has a Michelin star since 2014. There are five sites in London. Each restaurant has an open kitchen and a beautiful marble topped bar where guests can sit and watch the chefs at work. The front of house teams work around the bar, creating an energetic and uniquely enjoyable service.

Quo Vadis is a historic Soho restaurant and members’ club with a colorful past. The critically acclaimed restaurants serve seasonal, Modern British Cuisine with a menu conjured up monthly by Jeremy Lee and his team. Quo Vadis is something of a Soho institution, attracting an eclectic crowd who are drawn to the good things in life.

Parrillan is an exceptional open fire, grill Restaurant, serving the finest Spanish and British produce. The Chefs will cook over sustainably sourced olive and apple wood-fired grills. The bar champions the best wine, seasonal cocktails and refreshing spritzes. The Restaurant has a Mediterranean Garden Terrace where guests can lounge and grill with their own Parrilas, making it one of London’s most exciting New Restaurant openings.

Bar Daskal is the latest addition to the Barrafina family. A sustainable wine and sherry Bar offering the best of Spanish produce and a selection of cold tapas in London Bridge.

The Drop is a beautiful Wine Bar tucked away in Kings Cross. It’s a fun and relaxed cosy wine bar that serves delicious wines from small scale producers, they also hold small events.
The food is sourced from amazing producers like Natoora, Coombes head farm and Wild farmed. We serve a small curated menu of fresh oysters, cold tapas, La Fromagerie cheeses and Mangalitsa cured meats.
