Rate of pay: Front Desk Agent 18.36, Server $8.70 plus tips, Front Desk Supervisor $19.00
It is customary in the US to work in “gratuity” positions. In these positions, you will receive a base hourly salary plus gratuity (tips). While the amount of a gratuity is ultimately at the discretion of the guest, the customary tip is 15- 20% of the total bill before tax. Based on history, you may expect to earn around $22.00 per hour.
A uniform and meal per shift are offered.
You should fly into ABQ International.
You will need to purchase a car. There is no public transportation that will get them near the resort and most apartments are a bit far to ride a bike to/from. Weather conditions in winter would also prevent bike/moped options.
