We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our Food and Beverage (F&B) team and oversee the successful operation of our restaurant. The Restaurant General Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving financial performance, and fostering a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
Lead daily restaurant operations, including managing reservations, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and maintaining high service standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to provide a safe and clean dining environment.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control to consistently deliver top-notch culinary offerings.
Customer Satisfaction:
Uphold a customer-centric approach by creating memorable dining experiences and addressing customer feedback in a professional and efficient manner.
Train staff to provide attentive and personalized service, promoting guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets, closely monitoring expenses and revenue to achieve financial targets.
Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost control, revenue enhancement, and profit growth.
Set pricing strategies in coordination with menu development and market trends.
Team Leadership:
Develop and execute short-term and long-term strategies to drive the restaurant's success, aligned with company goals.
Monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings to innovate and stay ahead.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotions, events, and initiatives that attract and retain customers.
Utilize social media and other platforms to increase restaurant visibility and engage with the local community.
Vendor Relationships:
Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries of ingredients and products.
Monitor inventory levels, control wastage, and optimize resource utilization.
