Lead daily restaurant operations, including managing reservations, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and maintaining high service standards.

Develop and manage budgets, closely monitoring expenses and revenue to achieve financial targets.

Set pricing strategies in coordination with menu development and market trends.

Monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings to innovate and stay ahead.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotions, events, and initiatives that attract and retain customers.
Utilize social media and other platforms to increase restaurant visibility and engage with the local community.
Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries of ingredients and products.
Monitor inventory levels, control wastage, and optimize resource utilization.
