Funciones
• Gestionar las peticiones de grupos y eventos
• Seguimiento a los clientes que han hecho la peticiones para valorar, sacar más información, hacer propuestas y los seguimientos
• Respuesta a las peticiones de grupos a través de Cvent en 24 hrs
• Atención de las visitas de inspección de grupos/eventos y coordinar con los departamentos implicados
• Upselling y negociación
• Venta de salones, banquetes y reuniones
• Elaboración del contrato, facturas proforma
• Gestión de las roomings, bloqueos de los grupos, facturaciones de los Congresos
• Actualización de los grupos y eventos: fechas de opción, bloqueos, ajustes de número de personas/habitaciones/salones en el sistema operativo del hotel
Se requiere
• Experiencia previa de mínimo 2 años en posición similar
• Estudios en turismo/comercial o similar
• Inglés alto
• Espíritu comercial y mucha proactividad
