Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an HR Director and lead the way in revolutionising the airline catering industry. In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of our operations in London, working closely with the Global HR Director to shape the future of our organization and create a unique customer experience.

As the HR Director, you will play a strategic role in fostering a strong relationship between our employees and the company, execution of all the activities related to hiring, management, development, and training of resources, according to department needs and to HR&OI guidelines and ensures all organizational activities that provide support to the development of to the structure, according to guidelines and budget.

A day as an HR Director:

  • Immerse yourself in the DO & CO way and values, gaining a deep understanding of our event business and building strong connections with our operational teams.
  • Leading several teams to success within the people directorate
  • Embrace our relentless customer focus, contributing to a fast-paced and highly flexible company culture that strives for exceptional customer service.

  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, effectively balancing macro and micro perspectives to meet the evolving needs of our business.
  • Lead by example and foster unity within our DO & CO family, promoting teamwork and collaboration among team members.
  • Take care of our ever-growing team of over 1500 employees with additional stakeholder management for the supply of temporary labour, ensuring their well-being and development through continuous training and performance evaluation.
  • Innovate our recruitment efforts by organizing dynamic recruiting road shows across different countries, offering flexible and engaging working models.
  • Address employee grievances and violations, taking appropriate disciplinary action when necessary.
  • Provide insightful reports to senior management by analyzing HR data and utilizing key HR metrics.
  • Collaborate in the planning, development, and implementation of HR policies, processes, training programs, and initiatives to ensure compliance and support our overall HR strategy.
  • Contribute to budget planning and management within the HR department.
