Status: Full time 

Location: Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea, HI

We are looking for a Conference Services Manager who is passionate in providing only the highest levels of customer service.  This position reports to our Director of Conference Services.  Work authorization for this location is required. 

Responsibilities 

Coordinates all requirements for various conference groups booked by the Sales Department. Responsible for enforcing the terms of sales letter of agreement and guiding meeting planners through the planning process. Communicates the needs and expectations of the client with all departments in the hotel. Ensures successful execution of group and client satisfaction.

Knowledge and Skills 

Education: 

Bachelor’s Degree / CMP Certification preferred

Experience: 

Two to three years experience of hotel conference services or related hotel experience

Skills & Abilities: 

Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. Good organizational skill. Attention to detail. Ability to multitask. High level of creativity. Ability to work long and irregular hours, weekends, and evenings. Able to negotiate, organize, delegate & work under pressure. Basic knowledge of audio-visual equipment and Internet technology – helpful. Experience in Salesforce.

Maui Liquor Card

Hours Required 

The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
