1. The ability to follow proper payroll and uniform procedures.

2. The ability to assist in producing all pastry for hotel operations under the guidance of the Pastry Chef and Assistant Pastry Chef.

3. The ability to demonstrate a good sense of esthetics, decorating and producing product within the quality standard guidelines as established.

4. The ability to work closely with standard recipes and presentations in order to maintain quality standards and consistency of product.

5. The ability to understand the AM pastry production of breakfast items.

6. The ability to assist in production and maintenance the basic recipe determined by the Pastry Chef.

7. The ability to assist in the training of subordinates, particularly sensitive to their development and training process.

8. The ability to assume the responsibilities of the c-d-p in his absence.

9. The ability to work neatly and cleanly, keeping work areas and walk-ins in accordance with sanitary standards.

10. The ability to keep waste to a minimum.

11. The ability to maintain a cooperative working relationship with fellow employees.

12. The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.

13. The ability to be certified in food service sanitation.

14. The ability to have knowledge of Four Seasons Food Standards
