BASIC PURPOSE:

The Digital Marketing Manager establishes brand and channel preference, generates revenue and executes data-driven strategy for Four Seasons Hotel/Resort. The Digital Marketing Manager supports the Director of Marketing and Director of Public Relations to execute strategies in digital marketing, social media, content development, public relations, online reputation management, and measures success through outcomes supported by analytics and reporting.

Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Sales & Marketing Team.

REQUIREMENTS 

·       Person of integrity and initiative, committed to living by the Golden Rule

·       College degree

·       Excellent written and spoken command of English

·       Three to five years of experience in marketing, communications or advertising

·       Detail-oriented

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

Digital Marketing 

• Set strategies to optimize all digital channels

• Manage hotel websites and on-site digital boards

• Design web pages, ads, newsletters, menus, promotional materials

• Lead the production and coordination of photo and video shoots 

• Oversee online reputation: monitor, report, respond

Social Media 

• Manage hotel social media channels, which includes creating original content, posting, engaging with followers, monitoring and reporting, making adjustments as needed

• Pursue, negotiate and coordinate collaborator (influencer) visits

• Vet and integrate User Generated Content with programs such as Olapic/ Social Native, Sprout, etc.

Communications

• Manage image library and Press Room

• Contribute to written media communications

• Assist with media visits/interviews

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Education:

College education required Experience: Three to five years of experience in a digital marketing capacity

Skills and Abilities:

• Previous digital marketing experience, and hospitality and sales experience preferred

• Experience with social media platforms, consumer engagement and strong awareness of the digital world

• Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills

• Photography and Video skills

• Attention to detail and organization

• Influencer/media relations experience

• Knowledge of InDesign and production methods in graphic arts and collateral • Ability to multi-task effectively, managing multiple projects while being cognizant of deadlines and priorities

• Ability to manage third-party agencies, partners, and vendors

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
