Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club is seeking an Employee Dining Prep Cook. Embark on an enriching and fulfilling career path with an iconic luxury hospitality brand at one of the most exceptional destinations in the Miami Beaches.

The Employee Dining Prep Cook is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to all employees. The Employee Dining Cook assists in preparing meals in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. The Kitchen presents and endless amount of opportunities of learning and growth for line cook positions of all levels.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about cuisine! Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are required in this position. A minimum of one year of culinary experience is preferred. Proficient knife skills are also required. A culinary degree is preferred, however not required with relevant work experience.
