Communications Agent, Full-Time

Ability to answer phone, email and message inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner and routing calls to appropriate extensions. Resolve guest complaints and accommodate special requests. Assist guests in all inquiries in connection with Internet, telephone and facsimile, hotel services.  Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure, requires attention to detail and problem solving skills.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, or evening, weekends, and holiday shifts and have work authorization in the United States.
