Works in close cooperation with all other staff assigned to the outlet, as well as Kitchen, Stewarding and Cashiers. Works as per the outlets duty schedule and shifts. Conducts weekly training sessions about Beverage and Food Menu. Participates in weekly inventory on equipment, food item and general stationary item. Ensures that orders are only issued against written / printed receipts. Ensures own appearance (condition of uniforms) and grooming of all staff is impeccable. Works towards the timely set up of the outlet areas and the completion of all mise en place works, in line with the opening hours. Prepares Store requisitions etc. Welcome arriving guest and ensures prompt service. Ensures the well-being of all guests by maintaining a close professional, friendly, yet discrete relationship. Maintains cleanliness and best possible maintenance of the outlet  and all related areas. Handles guest complaints directly or refers them to the Outlet Manager. Attends all meetings or briefings to maintain an open communication within the team. Knows the menu and price structure by heart and can recommend when a guest asks for assistance. Flexible to work in other areas when required. Aware of basic cashier work and handles payments promptly and efficiently. Familiar with the company’s internal policies and safety procedures. To understand and strictly adhere to the P&P and STM established in the Four Seasons Core Standards. To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and nametag at all times. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times. To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff in the outlet and all other departments. To attend and contribute to all staff meetings Departmental and Hotel trainings scheduled and other related activities. To undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager and Outlet Manager. Ensure that guests receive quality service by providing clear and understandable work direction for Servers. Supervises the effectiveness of workflow and sequence of service during service periods and provides constant hands-on support.

Supports the Assistant Restaurant Manager/Restaurant Manager to provide constant coaching and counseling to colleagues to ensure their capability to meet the needs of the customer and the organization.
