Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations for the In Room Dining Department in absence of the Ird Manager. To assist Ird Manager in ensuring all staff adhere to Four Seasons standards. To follow the wishes and preferences of our guests. Making sure the team meets luxury service standards. Answer telephone using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette. Take guest in-room dining orders. Communicate special requests to the kitchen. Coordinate and deliver of orders according to Four Seasons Standards. Respond and answer guests requests and inquiries. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
