Independent Charlotte Hotel Seeks F&B Supervisor!

Gain experience as a restaurant host, outlet server, and even outlet supervisor at this Independent Hotel in the heart of Charlotte!

On your time off, ride roller coasters at the local Carowinds amusement park, visit numerous museums, including the Carolina Aviation Museum, and even stop by the NASCAR Hall of Fame! There's a little something for everyone in North Carolina's largest city!

Benefits: Uniforms are offered.

Upon arrival at the airport, please take an Uber or taxi to the hotel. The hotel will provide up to 14 days of accommodations on site. All other expenses are your responsibility.

No paid time off is offered during the 12 months.

Housing is provided for up to 2 weeks in-house.

One meal per shift is provided.

Host $14, Server $3.00 plus tips*, Outlet Supervisor $16.00* It is customary in the US to work in "gratuity" positions. In these positions, you will receive a basic hourly salary plus gratuity(tips). While the amount of a gratuity is ultimately at the discretion of the guest, the customary tip is 15-20% of the total bill before tax. Based on history, you may expect to earn around $9 per hour.40 hours per week

Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs: - you are enrolled in a post-secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR - you have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR - you have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA) - you have shown consistent career growth over the last years - you have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers. Must show some fluency in Spanish.
