Funciones principales:
Asegurar la exactitud de todos los cargos y créditos a las diferentes cuentas y que se ingresen de manera oportuna
Asegurar de que todas las facturas de cuentas por cobrar se registren correctamente en el módulo AR ONQ y se equilibren con el Libro Mayor
Verificar todos los envíos y pagos realizados diariamente
Asegurar que los cheques de entretenimiento/ empleados estén firmados y explicados por un gerente y pasen al AFC para su aprobación
Verificar los reembolsos y los cargos pagados y pase a la AFC para su aprobación
Verificar el informe diario de discrepancia de tarifas y el informe gratuito/ interno
Preparar e ingresar los movimientos del Informe de caja en las cuentas correspondientes
Conciliar las cuentas de tarjetas de crédito diariamente
Revisar el Informe de ingresos diarios preparado por el Auditor nocturno
