- Obtener experiencia profesional en la industria Hotelera en un entorno internacional.
-Obtener experiencia profesional en un restaurante de hotel con 4 puntos de venta.
-Poner en práctica conocimientos, creatividad versus coste de producción.
-Implementar todos los conocimientos aprendidos sobre APPCC.
-Poder trabajar en un entorno, internacional e intercultural.
Responsabilidades:
▌ Responsabilidad 1 – Montaje de diferentes partidas productivas en el restaurante Mosaic.
▌ Responsabilidad 2 – Montaje de la planta ejecutiva.
▌ Responsabilidad 3 – Conocimiento y montaje de la carta de la terraza y bar.
▌ Responsabilidad 4 – Realizar servicios en el Restaurante Mosaic elaborando todos los platos de la carta.
▌ Responsabilidad 5 – Realizar servicios en el Bar Vibe.
▌ Responsabilidad 6 – Cuando haya volumen de banquetes, podrán ayudar a la preparación y pase de dichos banquetes.
▌ Responsabilidad 7 – Control de stocks y materias primas de todas las partidas productivas.
▌ Responsabilidad 8 – Poder poner en práctica todos los conocimientos relacionados con las decoraciones y presentaciones.
▌ Responsabilidad 9 – Conocimiento de los diferentes platos de la oferta mediante fichas, escandallos, análisis junto al Executive Chef.
