Are you passionate about Hospitality world? Do you have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Reservations department? At Hilton Barcelona, we are looking for a Reservations Supervisor because of maternity leave.

Maximum capacity up to 580 delegates, High Speed Internet Access (HSIA) available and on site AV Company to cover immediate business needs.

Tasks:
- Systems management: Room type overbookings and stay through controls, room blocks review & SRP/SRP block restrictions.
- Reservations management: Review Quality Control report, keep OnQ PM updated with correspondence & traces. Review all arrivals have guarantee and track discrepancies.
- Coordination of the workload within the reservations department.
- Email and Guest Correspondence: Follow up on guest requests, payments, complaints and VIP reservations.
- Backup: Ensure all reservations have the relevant backup (VIP, billing, corporate, OTAs).
- Wholesaler: Manage the availability and communication with wholesalers.
- Report: Support Director of Revenue Management with weekly and monthly reporting.
- Mandatory skill: Good understanding of OnQ R&I and OnQ PM; Excel; Understanding of Hilton standards and products.
- Desired Skills: Time keeping, Consistency, Attention to Detail, Customer Focus, Team Work and Collaboration.

Previous experience in a similar role
Flexible attitude
Qualifications:
University degree (Business or Hospitality Management is preferred) or equivalent or experience

Desirable:
Previous experience within Hotel Industry
Experience of managing and using Hilton systems
