1. 当日の予約状況を確認し、必要に応じて業務の指示をチームに行う。


3. 在庫管理と発注業務を行い、備品管理を行う。

4. ゲストからのクレームに責任を持って、効率的かつ丁寧に対応し、全体の状況を把握した上で、マネージャーに迅速に報告を行う。

5. 全てのチームに対してリーダーシップを発揮し、プロフェッショナルな姿勢を示すことで模範となるような行動をとる。







All-Day Dining Restaurant&IRD  AMAHAJI (264 seats)

Savor the traditional Okinawan meals and international cuisine at our All-Day dining “AMAHAJI.”

The main kitchen also serves as a hub for the Poolside Bar and BBQ (*seasonal) as well as for the In-room dining.

As Shift Leader, you will supervise Food & Beverage team and set departmental goals and targets to ensure a continuously improving customer service experience to Guests.


1. Checks the day’s reservations in table solution and hands out the necessary directions and instructions to Team members.

2. Checks the operation before pre-opening setups and instructs when necessary.

3. Instructs on management of requisitions, per stock, and other items

4. Deals with a complains, take in charge and efficiently/politely deals with guests in question and other guests in the area, grasp the entire situation, prompt report to manager.

5. Provides leadership and direction for all team member while on duty by offering professional skills and leading by example.
