Coordinate, administer, direct and manage all property activities with specific responsibilities for Accounting and Front Office Management. Interface with General Manager with regards to all property activities to ensure adherence to hotel and company policies and/or procedures. Direct and supervise Front Office Manager to ensure high standards of guest service and accuracy in all phases of the front office operations. Coordinate with Corporate Accounting to ensure completion of all accounting functions and adherences to all management company policies and procedures.Work Experience
- Able to communicate accurately and effectively in verbal and written from with guests and associates. Respond accurately and completely to people to give directions, instructions, information, answer questions and provide services as required.
- Experience in Front Office and Accounting Management.
- Computer experience on PMS systems and a working knowledge of manual front desk procedures.
- Possess good communication and organizational skills.
- Portray effective leadership and provide guidance to the Front Office staff.
