Washington Hilton is looking to welcome a Banquet Administrator to the team! The ideal candidate has experience in accounting and with payroll. Hotel experience working with union is a plus!

The schedule for this position would be Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm ideally.

What will I be doing?

A Banquet Administrator provides department staff with administrative support including reviewing banquet payroll, typing, filing, answering telephones, handling mail correspondence, BEO's, meetings and records in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Prepare banquet payroll using the Evention system
  • Review events, menus in conjunction with payroll
  • Assist with implement department activities and projects, as assigned.
  • Provide admin support to the Banquet Team
  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests and team members
