What will I be doing?

The Manager, Channel Optimization will supervise a connected ecosystem of data, technology, tools, techniques, and processes to support third-party channel initiatives. You will aim to meet and exceed performance targets, grow traffic, and improve revenue.

In close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will actively be responsible for the visibility and impact of operational and channel marketing projects. You will also bring project management experience, a commercial mentality, an aim to innovate, and a hunger to improve business processes. Interested? Read on!

More specifically, you will:

  • Lead data-driven problem solving and best methods solutions.
  • Lead, assess, and make recommendations on online third-party placements, product mix, and content to solve complex marketing challenges
  • Define and articulate project and campaign goals to both Hilton and external partners in the form of presentations and reporting to drive useful recommendations
  • Enact self-sustained hotel end-user performance consultations through visual playbooks available by online knowledge centers and cyclical communication assessments
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Implementation, Support, Strategy, and Compliance to drive findings in the delivery of objectives.
  • Play a lead role in introducing solutions to project roadblocks; you will work with relevant internal and external partners to mitigate risks and handle resolution
  • Develop benefit measurements to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, products, and associated business processes. This includes developing a framework to analyze and quantify the impact of product decisions on the key business performance metric
  • Provide recommendations to improve third-party distribution by locating trends via self-service tools and engaging data analytics teams. You will lead channel performance data at a granular and macro-level
  • Build and supervise campaign-specific online marketing performance
  • Prepare and consolidate strategic analyses on new distribution opportunities through researching and analyzing both internal and competitive intelligence
  • Formulate recommendations to optimize channel mix by identifying enhancements within existing relationships while fostering development in new partnerships
  • Assist in developing department goals, plans, and budgets
