Cosa comprende il lavoro

The Guest Services Manager will be directly responsible for the bell desk team, which includes door attendants, bellboys, porters and parking valets. The guest Services Manager is also responsible of:

Ensuring a warm welcome and fond farewell to all of our guests, recognition of the guests, loyal members and VIPs.
Coordinate daily operation together with all Front of the House Rooms departments.
Control the flow of the Porte-cochere.
In charge of the parking services at the hotel.
Manage luggage requests.
Keep control of the luggage storage.
Manage group arrivals and departures.
Organize luggage drops and pulls and gift deliveries.
Training and formation of the Guest Services Staff.
Make sure that the Guest Services team understands and comply with all standards and polices required for the department.
Cooperate with the Security team to help to ensure a safe environment at the Porte-cochere area.
Act as Manager on Duty when required.

Su di te

High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
OR

2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.
The Guest Services Manager must have at least 2 years of experience in frontline luxury hotel operations, be ready to work in a dynamic atmosphere and work with a flexible shift schedule.
