Spa Therapist and Beautician

Main duties and responsibilities:
· Welcoming activities for our guests
· Engagement, customer relations and loyalty
· Accompaniment to the cabin and management of the beauty/massage treatment, keeping the cabin and material tidy, support for the other SPA collaborators (therapists, receptionists, personal trainers)
· Knowledge and sales/consultancy of cosmetic products and other items
· Inform and promote all the services available at the Spa
· Use of computer systems linked to various tasks
