Destination: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Department: IT & Technology
Program: Hospitality and Business Internship
Duration: 6 - 12 months (preferably 12 months)
Intake: April, May, and June 2023
IT SYSTEMS - RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing technical support to hotel staff, guests, and vendors for various software, hardware, and network issues
Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and peripherals such as printers and scanners
Updating and maintaining the hotel's database, ensuring the accuracy and security of the data
Assisting in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
Assisting in the management and monitoring of the hotel's network and servers, including troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues
Assisting in the setup and maintenance of audiovisual equipment for meetings and events
Conducting regular backups of critical data to prevent data loss in the event of system failures
Participating in the evaluation and testing of new hardware and software solutions
