Front Office Receptionist

We are looking for a candidate for our front desk.
Main tasks:
- welcoming guest at their arrival at the hotel
- deal with check in and check out procedures
- book restaurants & other activities for guests during their stay
- engage guests on possible experiences available on the island
- interact with other hotel departments to maximize customers’ experience
Type of contract: 6 months (20th April- October 9th 2023), full time, 1 day off per week.

- Accomodation in single room + 1 meal during work shift provided.

Who we are looking for:
- age 20-30 years old
- University Degree in languages, tourism or economics
- fluent in English (C1) and Italian, another European language a plus
- at least 2-3 years of experience in luxury hospitality (4*/5* or boutique hotels)
- high standards of personal presentation
- friendly, polite, detailed oriented
- ready to embrace life in small Mediterranean island

L'azienda
La Guardia is a boutique hotel overlooking the pastel colored harbor of Giglio, in the Tuscan Archipelago.
Our 30 rooms sit in a unique location, right on top of an ancient granite cave and literally over an aquamarine bay. Inside the hotel, neutral tones and flowing lines meet tactile rustic accents, creating a minimalist aesthetic that feels calming and energizing. Just like the island itself.

We are open from May to September every year, recruitment sessions start in February.
