If you like challenges, out-of-the-box thinking and teamwork, there is an opportunity for you as we are looking for a highly motivated Area Sales Manager – Northeast Italy (M/W).

Purpose 

Reporting to the country General Manager, your mission is to develop the TAG Heuer wholesale business in the Northeast of Italy by building sustainable relationships with customers (retailers, distributors), achieve sales targets with a strong focus on sell out goals, and represent and promote the brand in the market as an ambassador. 

Responsibilities 

  • Regularly visit your point of sales, provide support and service to the customer
  • Develop and implement a plan to achieve sales targets (sell-in and sell-out) 
  • Consult with each retailer to define the right assortment (in line with brand guidelines) based on store trends, customer base, commercial objectives, and brand strategy
  • Monitor the competitive landscape, market trends and the broader economy to identify opportunities and threats and propose new projects
  • Review and optimize brand distribution, recommend account or POS openings and closures in close collaboration with the visual merchandising teams
  • Track and analyze business performance (sales by door, turnover, market share, etc.) and adjust sales and marketing actions accordingly
  • Collect and share internally the feedback from retailers, consumers, and competitors with regards to sales, products, and marketing activity
  • Share product knowledge and information on the brand by regularly deliver in-store trainings to enhance brand and product knowledge and ensure proper launch of novelties
  • Convey the passion to turn all sales associates into passionate brand ambassadors
  • In collaboration with the Marketing team, identify and propose ideas for events, 
    window/shop animations or advertising to promote the brand awareness and drive consumers to the POS
  • Regularly check the state of POS material and fix/replace as needed to maintain a state-ofthe-art brand environment 


Profil
  • Graduated with a recognized master’s degree, you have already acquired a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as Sales Manager, ideally in selective distribution, luxury, or premium products.
  • You have already worked in the managed area
  • You are passionate about new trends in lifestyle, arts, new technologies and sports. A good level of English is necessary
  • Self-starter, you are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • You are energetic, self-motivated, action and results-oriented thanks to strong organizational skills
  • Customer focused, open-minded, and adaptable, you are also known for your excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • You show high levels of collaboration and use your influence to become a recognized leader
  • This position can be located anywhere in this area and requires very regular travels in the mentioned area


Riportando al General Manager Italia, la tua missione è quella di sviluppare il business wholesale TAG Heuer nell’area Nord-Est Italia costruendo relazioni solide con i clienti (rivenditori, distributori), raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita con una forte attenzione agli obiettivi di sell out e rappresentare e promuovere il marchio sul mercato. 

  • Visitare regolarmente i punti vendita di riferimento, fornire supporto e assistenza al cliente
  • Sviluppare ed implementare piani per raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita (sell-in e sell-out)
  • Interfacciarsi con ciascun cliente per definire il giusto assortimento (rispettando le linee guida del marchio) in base alle tendenze del negozio, ai clienti e agli obiettivi commerciali
  • Monitorare il panorama competitivo, le tendenze del mercato e l'economia in generale per identificare opportunità e minacce e proporre nuovi progetti
  • Rivedere ed ottimizzare la distribuzione del marchio, consigliare aperture e chiusure di clienti o punti vendita in stretta collaborazione con il team di visual merchandising
  • Tracciare ed analizzare le prestazioni aziendali (vendite per porta, fatturato, quota di mercato, etc.) e adeguare di conseguenza le azioni commerciali e di marketing
  • Raccogliere e condividere internamente il feedback di rivenditori, consumatori e 
    concorrenti in merito a vendite, prodotti e attività di marketing
  • Condividere la conoscenza del prodotto e le informazioni sul marchio organizzando regolarmente corsi di formazione in negozio per migliorare la conoscenza del marchio e del prodotto e garantire il corretto lancio delle novità
  • Trasmettere la passione per il marchio per trasformare tutti gli addetti alle vendite in appassionati ambasciatori del marchio
  • In collaborazione con il team Marketing, identificare e proporre idee per eventi, animazioni di vetrine/negozi o pubblicità per promuovere la notorietà del brand e portare i consumatori al punto vendita
  • Monitorare regolarmente lo stato dei materiali visual merchandising all’interno dei punti vendita e provvedere ad aggiornarli/sostituirli secondo necessità per garantire sempre una corretta visibilità del marchio
