Job Purpose:
Responsible for the organization and deployment of regional/ local training to the sales advisors and store manager of all mono-brand stores ensuring to be a point of reference for all training activities and related materials for the own geographical area.
Profil
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• To provide product training and in-store coaching for the front-line retail team to reinforce our new approach to the retail shopping experience.
• To work closely with Store Managers to focus our retail attitude towards maximization of sales growth in the stores.
• Responsible for the deployment of the sales training to Store Manager and team on selling skills, brand, story-telling and our collections.
• Responsible to engage and develop Store Managers and team on commercial training topics ensuring continuous training to the Retail Managers, Store Managers, Client Advisors on selling skills aspects.
• Work with Store Managers on KPIs / analysis and related action plans to increase sales results.
• Develop and follow up action plans related to Mystery Shopping initiatives in coordination with Country Managing Directors, Retail Managers, Store Managers.
• Participation in the train the trainer sessions organized by the corporate training department.
• Collaboration with HR Department (Development and Training) for action plans.

Qualifications:
• With at least 4-6 years of training execution, design expertise, and project management experience, preferably in Luxury brands.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Able to do store coaching and possess training mythologies’ (processes, techniques and tools)
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English (in order to liaise with the English & speaking associates)
• Strong classroom training engagement and delivery.
