With a large amount of tourist attractions & universities in Maritime Greenwich in addition to the close proximity to the O2, it is an excellent location. Trade is made up of Locals, Tourists, students & day tripper, with weekends being the busiest days. A significant amount of the hotel occupancy is from the O2 & Excel centre.
This is a great business & needs a manager who is looking to drive sales & deliver great guest experience to bring this business to the next level.
This business is part of our Innkeepers Collection with a 24 room hotel attached, and therefore Management roles will support the hotel as part of the business
