The Phoenix is no ordinary Castle business. It is truly one of the most unique, multi-faceted businesses anywhere within the Mitchells and Butlers estate. Set opposite Cavendish Square, just off Oxford St and Regent St, the Phoenix is a bustling city boozer on the ground floor, with strong wet trade, a loyal lunch crowd from neighbouring offices, and a lively post-work atmosphere - this floor alone is enough pub for any ordinary General Manager. But it is the lower ground floor where the Phoenix’s individuality truly comes to bear. A 200-capacity event space and nightclub, the Basement at the Phoenix has decades of history as a comedy and club venue, playing host to the likes of Frankie Boyle and with much-loved club nights like How Does It Feel to Be Loved a regular feature. 

Licenced until 3am and with up to a dozen events per week ranging from musical bingo to live-streamed model-making, the Phoenix is an opportunity for an experienced pub manager to really spread their wings and run a multi-floor, multi-faceted, always-on pub and events space in the very heart of Zone 1.
