The HR Business Partner supports the Head of HR in all facets of Human Resources operations including the implementation of strategic, tactical, and operational goals. This role understands the needs of the overall business and provides all the necessary assistance to the Head of HR to implement, optimize,and lead best in class policies, procedures, systems, and practices in all aspects of the Team Member engagement: communication, organizational design, recruitment, recognition,disciplinary, compensation, benefits, and work relations.All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental guidelines.
