We are a fast-growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in some of
Europe's most exciting locations and many more projects under construction. We

stylish Corporate Office in Munich bundles all construction, design, administrative and marketing functions as well as many front office activities outsourced from the hotel. The central maintenance department within the Technical Services Department looks after the technical building equipment of the hotels and workspaces and, among other things, takes care of their maintenance as well as all technical and safety-relevant processes.

- are responsible for the success-oriented management of the existing properties over the entire rental period
- take over the international leadership of the maintenance managers
- ensure the flawless (safety) technical condition of the hotel
- conduct property inspections and action planning
- monitor rental contract obligations
- contribute to the preparation of budgets
- are responsible for the cooperation with external service providers and contractors
- prepare cost-benefit calculations for the preparation of a profitability analysis
- monitor the obligations of the tenancy agreement, e.g. regulations on maintenance and servicing
- are responsible for damage and defect management
We've been waiting for you, since you have/are: - completed a degree in technical building management or comparable training
- several years of experience in a similar position
- experience in the management/coordination of external service companies
- very good MS-Office skills
- willing to travel
- even gained international experience, this would be a nice to have
- excellent written and spoken German and English skills
