Ristorante Tre Olivi, 2** Michelin, cerca una figura di SOMMELIER. Il profilo ideale ha maturato esperienza nel ruolo e conseguito diploma A.I.S. Il ruolo del sommelier è fondamentale per il cliente e stiamo ricercando una risorsa che abbia competenze tecniche: analisi organolettica del vino, capacità di valutazione delle tipologia e delle tonalità cromatiche, caratteristiche olfattive e stato di conservazione. Inoltre le sue conoscenze includono la conoscenza degli abbinamenti dei vini con il cibo, la presentazione, le conoscenze gestionali per prendersi cura della cantina e la promozione e la cultura del vino. Completano il profilo: buona capacità comunicativa e di creare empatia con il cliente, conoscenza base delle norme del galateo, capacità di lavorare in team e flessibilità.


Si richiede:

almeno 3 anni di esperienza (hotel di lusso5stelle/rist.stellati)

conoscenza lingua inglese

propensione al lavoro di squadra, grande leadership e spiccate competenze comunicative .

riservatezza, flessibilità, disponibilità e una naturale predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali

Savoy Beach Paestum

The Savoy Beach Hotel is the temple of hospitality placed among the ancient Greek temples. It is provided of tennis courts, outdoor swimming pool, gym, fine dining restaurant, American bar and conference room able to host up to 1000 people.

Managed by Salvatore Pagano, it has a beautifully-made spa and a cigar room under construction.

The 2** MIchelin stars dining resturant I Tre Olivi offers a selection of more than 600 international, national and local wine labels.

Decorated with warm olive trees furnitures it has a beautiful terrace facing the pool and it offers fish and typical cuisine from Cilento, made in a very contemporary way.

Many of the raw material used at the Tre Olivi Restaurant come directly from the Pagano’s farm: Azienda Agricola San Salvatore 1988.
It is an organic farm at zero impact that produces wine, olive oil and fruits, selling all over the world.

The success of the farm is so important that recetly its owner has won a prize from the President of the Italian Republic, Sergio Mattarella, as «Meritorious of the Italian Viticulture».

The San Salvatore 1988 has been the first in the world to create a system for producing wine without any preservatives.

It is an highly techonogical system that allows to have wine that does not cause damage to human body.

Together with the wine, the farm also produces organic oils, milk derivates, fruits, jams and much more, selling all over the world, from Australia to United States.

The Hotel Esplanade is a boutique hotel made and managed by Giusy Pagano, charming globetrotter that, after have been travelling all over the best hotels of the world, has created her own resort.

Shortly it has become a reference point for its marvellous garden,
the rooms facing the pool and the impeccable service.

The Dispensa San Salvatore is the perfect mix between a restaurant and a natural oasi.

Ideally placed in the heart of the area where the buffalo mozzarella D.o.p. is made, it offers organic products made by the San Salvatore farm, coocked by unusual chefs: the housewives from Cilento, the only true expert of Mediterranean Diet.

Beach Club 93, officially openeded in May 2017, is placed in a contex of extreme privacy: in front the seaside, on the back the pine grove.

With bright and vivid colours, if offers beautifully-made suites directly on the beach equipped of private use Jacuzzi, private garden with a reserved entrance and furnitures made in Vietri ceramics.

Together with the suites, the Beach Club 93 offers a restaurant, a sushi bar, an American bar and a pizzeria. Additionally among the services offered there are kayak, surf and moto renting, concierge, welness staff, gazebo and aperitif.

Beach Club 93 is the perfect location for weddings, private events, parties and romantic dinners. The most important event planners of Italy often select it as favorite location for their happenings.

It is owned by the Pagano family, a clan of entrepreneurs that, together with the Beach Club 93, also owns the Savoy Beach Hotel, the Azienda Agricola San Salvatore 1988, the Hotel Espalanade, the Ristorante Tre Olivi and the Dispensa San Salvatore.

Beach Club 93, Savoy Beach Hotel, Hotel Esplanade, Azienda Agricola San Salvatore 1988 and the Dispensa all are managed by the Pagano family, generations of entrepeneurs in the high class hotellerie.
