We are seeking an excellent and outgoing Sushi Chef to join our Oxfordshire  team.

You will join our Pen Yen Japanese Restaurant, serving Sushi, Tempura, Robata grill and Wood oven foods.  This is a beautiful space with an open kitchen serving 200-400 covers daily.
