Cosa comprende il lavoro

Responsibilities :

Execute innovative and delectable menu offerings that cater to a diverse clientele.
Help oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation and taste.
Manage food inventory, sourcing fresh and high-quality ingredients while controlling costs.
Maintain a clean, organised and sanitary kitchen environment in line with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with management to plan special events and catering services.
Manage customer relations when necessary.
  • 2000-3000 euro net per month

Su di te

Proven experience as a Chef in reputable establishments or restaurants.
In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
Creativity and a keen eye for detail in presenting dishes.
Exceptional time management and organisational abilities
Ability to adapt to changing situations and fast-paced environment.
Formal culinary education or relevant certifications are a plus.
Versatility and possesses strong teamwork skills.
Flexible to travel to different locations when requested*
Language required, English, French and Italian

The Magic Collection Retreats is a contemporary hospitality project inspired and contextualised, by ART: Aim, Rest, Think. Set in Megève, Forte dei Marmi and Ibiza, three retreats are transformed and revitalised through the collaborative ventures of artists. The Magic Collection Retreats is open to the guests, renewing popular conceptions of luxury through convivial mediums of art, design, and beauty.

The three locations constitute a special kind of place, where guests can literally live art. Artists' works are placed in relation to everyday spaces, and interact with the functionality of the place itself. In this context, the works are stripped of their aura, and become part of everyday experience, accessible to all, in accordance with the philosophy behind the project’s affirmation of art’s non-exclusivity. Art is intended for all humans to experience.
