Reporting to the Training Support Manager, the EMA Training Centre Administrator is primarily responsible for the administrative coordination of all training taking place in the TUI East Midlands Training centre. This will include elements relating to Cabin Crew and Flight Crew training and 3rd Party Customers.  The key output of the role is to proactively oversee the running of the centre, provide administrative support to all Customers and implement a range of processes to ensure effective and efficient training delivery.

ABOUT THE JOB 
  • Responsible for the administrative oversight of this facility and will provide support to the Cabin Crew and Flight Crew utilising the training centre
  • Ordering and deploying of Safety Equipment, booking of meeting rooms both in the Training Centre and Regional hotels and alternative training venues
  • In conjunction with the Training Support Manager and the Training Centre Administrator in Gatwick, ensure the training administrative procedures are effective and efficient for the delivery of training for TUI Airways; providing a high level of service for all customers visiting TUI Training Centres
  • Assist with the maintenance of the training budget whilst always looking for ways to do things better, faster and cheaper
  • Ensure the maintenance of the Training Centre audit programme to ensure continuous improvement and regulatory and internal compliance and provide on-going assessment, monitoring and support to ensure the application of these procedures
  • Be part of a wide training team based in Luton, Head Office and other TUI Training Centres requiring you to form constructive working relationships across the business through various communication channels
  • Maintain and manage close working relationships with the other members of the TUI Airways team across directorates and especially with the Flight Operations Training and Customer Delivery teams
  • The role will require high levels of organisation to plan the provision of TUI Airways training around the various areas of the UK as well as in other TUI Group locations


ABOUT YOU
  • A successful administrator with great people skills
  • An excellent team player who will be able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly
  • Determined and resourceful with the ability to innovate and self-motivate
  • A good planner who is flexible and can meet deadlines
  • Organised and resilient with the ability to work within a matrix management structure
  • Someone who recognizes the importance of world class customer service
  • Experience in airline training/facility or office administration
  • Excellent communicator, written and verbal with attention to detail.
  • IT literate with good skills in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Experience in SRM/SAP Systems would be an advantage
