Event Coordination: Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure the seamless execution of corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and client feedback for management review.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to corporate clients, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
